Carry-All Tote
Make a supersized tote with handles made from dowel rods. This sturdy bag is easy to sew, easy to wash, and can be used for almost anything. It is 20" deep, 24" long, and 10" wide and large enough to hold a king-size quilt. You may wish to add embroidery for a special touch.
MATERIALS/SUPPLY LIST
It is recommended you use a sturdy fabric for the outside of this quilt carrier bag. If you decide to use quilters cotton, it is recommended that you apply a medium to heavy weight fusible interfacing to your outer bag fabric prior to cutting fabric. Quilters cotton is recommended as your lining fabric. If your outer bag fabric does require interfacing, please have that done prior to class. The dimensions for actually cutting your fabric will be provided in class with the sewing Instructions. There is no pattern to purchase.

Sewing machine, thread, needles, rotary cutter (new blade recommended), cutting mat, scissors, legible fabric marking pen, 6 X 24” ruler,
2 dowels – ¾” diameter cut to 22” long. Dowels must have wood sealed by either staining, painting or varnishing prior to class
