Charity Project: Sew Sunshine for Foster Children
Join Karen Brindle (one of our many sewing friends) to sew brighter days for foster children in our community. Often left with few belongings, these children deserve a little sunshine. We’d love your help as we sew purses, playmats and soft books and toys to brighten their days. Karen has been putting together little gifts for these children for some time now. She has the connections to see the donations get to the correct place. She will be providing kits for you to sew. Bring your sewing machine or serger and a snack to share for lunch.
