Free Motion Quilting for Beginners

Learn Cristine’s secrets to beautiful free motion quilting. Twenty years ago, she took some free motion quilting classes that set her on the path to success. She will break up the class into 3 sessions building on the technique you learned in the previous class.
Class 1 - Everything I can do with a line
Class 2 - Squiggle, Stipple, Background fill
Class 3 - Advanced
Supplies Needed:
Sewing machine with walking foot, free motion quilting foot, and ability to lower feed dogs.
6-18” quilt sandwiches, basted with spray basting or safety pins. Light solid color fabric for the top and backing.
Thread-dark color
Scissors
Drawing paper
Pen or pencil
Ruler
Water-soluble marker
Optional:
Supreme Slider
Gloves with grippers
