Come join the fun! Come in each month to socialize with and be inspired by others who share your love for sewing and quilting. We'll show you all the latest fabrics. There will be time for show-and-tell so you can share your work and be inspired by others. $30 unlocks a whole year of savings and inspiration.

Ages 12 - 112 Would you like to try your hand at sewing or sharpen your sewing skills? This class is for you. Learn basic sewing terms as well as tips for accurate cutting and sewing, while creating your own pillow.

This class is for those with little or no quilting experience. If you've never taken a beginner quilt class, we advise you to take this before taking the other quilt classes we offer.

This striking Astrid quilt may look complicated, but you will learn how easy it is to make with the Stripology XL ruler. (Traditional rulers could also be used.) Choose from three different size options: lap, twin, queen/king, select a focus fabric and some 2-1/2" strips or fat quarters, and let's sew!

Rosy is a Baby Lock Solaris owner. Her creations using her Solaris have inspired us. We are excited that she has agreed to share her knowledge and creativity with you. Learn to create different designs just by utilizing the lines and shapes on the IQ Designer. You will be amazed how each circle or square can turn out just by changing the rotation and decreasing or increasing the size of each shape.

Join Karen Brindle (one of our many sewing friends) to sew brighter days for foster children in our community. Often left with few belongings, these children deserve a little sunshine. We?d love your help as we sew purses, playmats and soft books and toys to brighten their days.

Annika's Throw Pillows by Kimberbell take machine embroidery and home decor to a whole new level. Available in tulip, dot, and chevron patterns, each pillow can be stitched as a simple applique or in layers of soft chenille. Finished sizes include 14x14, 18x18, and 24x24 for couches, benches, beds, and more!

Learn Cristine's secrets to beautiful free motion quilting. Twenty years ago, she took some free motion quilting classes that set her on the path to success. She will break up the class into 3 sessions building on the technique you learned in the previous class.

Learn Pro-Stitcher one hour at a time with Kimberly Flannagan, a certified Handi Quilter Educator. Kim is beginning a series of short one hour virtual sessions focusing on a specific feature of Pro-Stitcher. You will learn many tips for successful longarm quilting and become very comfortable with Pro-Stitcher. Register for individual sessions on our website and enjoy these classes from home. You will receive an emailed link to join these classes. The classes will be the third Tuesday evening each month from 7:00 - 8:00 pm

Create a unique five-panel Sedona Skirt that?s perfect for any occasion, the Baja Skirt with its tiers, or comfy Maui Pants perfect for lounging. This wardrobe staple is a top that can be worn casual or dressed up. It?s even better when it can be sewn in a few hours with plenty of options. Class will begin with try-on samples to help you select the correct size and make any needed alterations.

Produce what looks like complex quilt patterns with speed, accuracy, and ease. It's a great class for beginner quilters. Yes! It's that easy! Start with a square in the middle, sew strips on the sides, four easy trims, and have a perfect square-in-a-square block. Another cut, using the same tool, and you have two perfect flying geese. Make any size with one ruler.

Kimberly continues her Block Buster series. In each class, you will learn new ways to use the accuracy and precision Deb Tucker?s tools bring to your piecing. This class will help you to incorporate this ruler into a wide variety of quilts. March?s class will be Dresden Plates.

A number of you enjoy mystery quilts. We will offer another mystery quilt using the Deb Tucker rulers. Just like last year's mystery quilt, Kimberly will email you regular "clues" to work on at your own time / pace. The stunning reveal will take place in our shop during the March class. Clues will begin in December to ensure you have plenty of time to make your components, and there will be time in the March class to do the final assembly.

Understanding your software

This class is designed for "New Owners" of the Pro-Stitcher or those who are considering purchasing the Pro-Stitcher. We'll explore some of the more basic functions of this powerful software: capabilities such as repositioning, resizing, repeat, and area fill. Students will learn to set up an entire quilt with an edge-to-edge design. We will learn how to use the digital ruler and how to use the various repositioning tools. Know what to do if the thread breaks or if the bobbin runs out in the middle of a pattern, Understand how to use the resizing tools, and see how to use horizontal and vertical channel lock. Come with your questions too!
