Often the best judge of a business is how customers feel about this business. I am happy to share our testimonial about our experiences at Stitch ‘N Time.
I first discovered Stitch ‘N Time in October 2008 when my (retired) husband took a little ‘road trip’ to find a replacement for the ‘missing’ wire needle threader for my Baby lock serger. He ‘goggled’ Baby lock dealers and started his adventure to Greencastle, PA. He called me at work and told me where he was and the exciting discovery he had made at this quaint little shop called ‘Stitch ‘N Time’…65 miles from our home in Round Hill, VA. A few days later, we both drove to Greencastle. The rest is history!
As soon as I arrived, I knew that this was a place where I could go to be inspired, motivated, and educated. Being in this shop, surrounded by the wonderful staff and all of those wonderful Baby lock and Bernina sewing machines, always lifts my spirits and takes me to another world where I forget the craziness of my hectic life.
Now Stitch ‘N Time has a new store that is amazing! It is a ‘MUST SEE’…truly unlike any other ‘sewing machine’ store you will ever see. It is so much fun being in the presence of the vast array of wonderful notions, gadgets, thingamabobs, and doodads…all, of course, must-have items. There is never any pressure to buy, but I seldom leave the store without leaving a few $$$$’s behind.
I\'m very proud to own both Baby lock and Bernina machines…a large number of them, I might add… all purchased from ‘Stitch ‘N Time’. I\'m very secure in knowing that this dealership makes it their priority to provide me with the most current products and premier customer service, well after the sale. I know that ANYTIME I have a question, someone is willing to sit down and show me or just a phone call answers many of my questions.
And, now the rest of the story! Eight months after my husband discovered ‘Stitch ‘N Time’, I, too, retired! After all, he couldn’t have ALL the fun.
